My vintage calendar decorated with an Ingersoll watch. James Dean, Theodore Roosevelt and even Mahatma Gandhi wore Ingersolls allegedly. Unfortunately todays Ingersolls have nothing to do with the great tradition of this historical American brand. Those watches are what I call a "China banger". They all have Chinese movements nowadays and they run very inaccurate... in case if they run at all... but so far, they are nice to look at. :)
